DVD Collection

I've always wanted to have a DVD collection, at least of Concert DVDs.

Most afternoons, after eating out for lunch, Lani and I would pass by the DVD store near our office at Tanjong Pagar. She would usually go to the Korean DVDs section to check if there are new releases, and I'd go to the Concert DVDs to browse.

We've talked about it before and I've said I'll buy one every couple of months to slowly build myself a decent collection. However though, we've been going there for years but I haven't even started buying a single one (save for the cheap Bon Jovi MTV Unplugged that I got off ebay last year). I just don't think they're worth the $30 or more that you'll have to cough up.

Today though, Lani managed to pursuade me. And I got myself a Queen's Live at Wembley DVD.

I excitedly went home, imagining myself resting on couch with a cold soda on hand, the concert playing on my 37" LCD TV and complete surround sound filling the whole living room. Viola! My player - an XBOX 360 - cannot play the disc. Incompatible DVD region. Damn!
