Hey, I'm blogging!!!

I've always been an avid reader of blogs, NBA-related especially, but I've never really thought of writting my own.. until something life-changing happened.

This first post - and blog - is dedicated to my baby.

You see, Lani and I have decided that we were not going to have children. Some of the reasons being:
  • We are happy with our lives

  • We don't think we need additions to "complete" our family.

  • Seeing many other parents struggling makes you kinda think twice.

  • Commitment level needed - too much for my own comfort.

  • I will have to learn to grow up...
But as we have always been taught, and we were reminded again, it is not our decision to make, but the Father's. And He has decided to bless us with a gift.

Everybody, meet "Bubwit":


We learned about him/her on Lani's birthday and this first picture was taken on May 12, her 7th week. He/She looks like a rabbit now, but I'm told he/she'll be a fetus soon.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm really excited to be a dad. And I know Lani is even more excited than I am, if only she can enjoy it more without the whole-day morning sickness (just hang in there love, it'll be better soon).

Well, the OB's booked and we'll have more pictures soon. We will see if "bubwit" turns out more like Daddy "Kulit" or Mommy "Sungit."

    Hey, there Bro! Nice blog! Nice pics of baby bubwit! I'm just as excited as you guys are! Even if it turns out to look like Daddy Kulit or Mommy Sungit, both ways, I bet your kid will be cute! I never really imagined you blogging, but I guess at some point, something happening in your life changes you for the better! Hope to see you and Lani again sometime in the near future.

    Bro, I am very, very, very happy rin for you (and Lani, of course)... I, myself, didn't expected you to have one (atleast not in the near future)... But that's how cool life is, things happen in most unexpected ways or time... You and Lani have been in the comfort zone for a litle too long, next level na... kelangan may tumalo na sa inyo, yan si Bubwit! Bwahahaha...
    Congrats for the first blog, este first baby pala! hehehe...
