I'm getting old

We went for a grocery trip last Saturday, and after I unloaded the stuff from the car's boot, I went back to help Lani and Ethan out of the car. As I bent down to get Ethan, I felt a very sharp pain on my lower back. It was so painful, I couldn't stand up straight again.

The pain didn't go away that we had to go to the hospital the following morning. Luckily, it wasn't anything major. It was a simple muscle strain and only needed some meds and rest.
