My Diet plan

I'm fat and I know it. I have been struggling with weight since I was a kid. And now that I'm getting older, I need to start taking care of my body.

Yesterday, Lani showed my this article shared to her in Facebook. It was from http://way2medicare.blogspot.com.au/2013/09/how-to-lose-8-kgs-weight-in-7-days.html. Basically, it's a fruits and vegetable diet for a week which will yield a 6-8kg weight loss. It's ambitious, but worth a try.

It goes like this:
Day 1.    
      Fruits throughout the day. Watermelon, grapes, papaya, but no bananas.
      6-8 glass of water

Day 2.    
     Raw or boiled veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, cucumber (peeled), cabbage, spinach (no potato).
      6-8 glass of water

Day 3.    
      BF:   Fruits 
      L:     Veggies
      D:     Fruits
      8 glasses of water throughout

Day 4.     
      BF:   1-2 bananas + glass of milk
      L:      2 bananas + glass of milk
      D:     2-3 bananas + glass of milk
     8 glasses of water throughout

Day 5.  
      BF:   2 tomatoes 
      L:     3 tomatoes + cup of rice
      D:     3 tomatoes + cup of rice
      8-12 glasses of water throughout

Day 6. 
      BF:   Veggies
      L:      Cup of rice + veggies
      D:     Veggies
      8-12 glasses of water throughout

Day 7.
      BF:   Fruits
      L:      Cup of rice + veggies + fruit juice
      D:     Veggies
      8-12 glasses of water throughout
I'm gonna start this tomorrow. 
Let's see how long I'll last.
