Lani, of course, is different. She's only driven for barely a month and she already experienced her first flat tyre. And it was so flat that we couldn't drive out from the hospital's parking lot anymore without damaging the tyres. The tyres needed to be changed right there and then. Coincidentally, it was immediately after my blood test which meant I couldn't lift nor do any hard work for at least another hour. That meant, learner driver Lani had to do the replacement herself. Let's just call it impromptu Advance Driver's Training 101.
As expected, driver Lani did very well. She managed to loosen up the nuts, jacked the car high enough with little help, and managed to lift and lock the spare tyre into place. All in less than 15 minutes! Woo hoo!
Who said she's just beauty and brains? My love's also got brawn!
