Well, they were not the actual words of the doctor, but he pretty much meant that. The actual CT report says there were no recurrent tumour found in my colon, or what's left thereof. No enlargement of local lymph nodes, normal liver appearance, and no focal lessions within the lungs. And it concluded with 'No evidence of recurrent or metastatic tumour', which means I'm cancer free. Wooo hooo!
Now it's time to dig in to that triple patty burger!
