Hyperthyroid what?!?

Just came back from North Shore Private Hospital after our visit with Dr. Clifton-Bligh, Lani's endocrinologist. Based on the most recent blood test results (taken 2 days ago), Lani's T4 count is already low and T3 is back on normal range. TSH is still high, but that will take a while to normalise. So far, the meds are working so there is a decreasing need for a more aggressive treatment.

On the separate note, I really love the Zouki food court at North Shore Private Hospital. Well presented, good variety of mostly healthy food, lots of coffee stalls, competitive prices, and very good service from the staff. Excited to eat there again on Lani's next appointment.
