Happy birthday me!

So I've been craving this for a long time. I have been scouring ebay, gumtree, catch, ozsale, and FB marketplace for a while now to find the best deal. Finally, I found one! My zero-gravity massage chair!

This is a steal. I got it for only $250 from someone in FB Marketplace. The unit's been on storage for a while and it is actually very dusty and dirty when I got it. But it is still in really good condition. No wear on the leather, all the pieces are intact, and the machine is still running smoothly. I wasn't sure of the brand and model, and I didn't even know if it's a good machine. I normally prefer to do research before I buy anything, but at the price and condition of this thing, I didn't hesitate to secure the deal.

I wasn't sure how I was going to bring it home, but I wasn't gonna let it go - so will power endured. I managed to push the machine out of their backyard and unto the back of my Captiva. How it fit in there, I do not know. But one thing is for sure - I managed to bring it home.

I managed to find this unit on the internet, and it turned out to be around $4,400 brand new. I really got a great deal!

The funny thing is I was about to buy another unit last week. There was a $200 old set with less features (just back and thighs, no arm, no head, no foot massage) and I was already about to go and collect. But Lani asked for my help with Church stuff, so I decided to put it on hold for more noble tasks. The owner backed out and sold it to someone else. I was sad. Then last night, right after our Officers' Recognition Day at church, we were having supper with some friends (church mates) when I saw this ad on FB marketplace and quickly contacted the guy. And as they say, the rest is history. God really repays your sacrifices.

And now it's time to relax.
