Summers in Australia are dry and hot. And so what do you do when it's hot? You go swimming!
A bunch of Church friends agreed over lunch a couple of weeks ago that we'd go swimming and so we quickly booked tickets to the biggest waterpark there is in NSW - Jamberoo Action Park!.
We've been here before, in Dec 2015 to be exact, to celebrate Ethan's 7th birthday. So it's been a while and Erin was still a toddler back then. Obviously, the kids were very excited, and even more so that their friends are gonna be with us.
We left home at 6am to meet up with the gang at McDonalds Rydalmere. There were 27 of us going, so it was going to be fun.
After breakfast, we left McDo around 7:30am and headed straight to Jamberoo. We got there around 9:15am and waited a bit before the park opened up.
The whole day was fun. Ethan and the kids his age went to all the rides. Erin loved the wave pool and a warm kiddie pool with a rolling log. She also tried some of the rides with me.
There were plenty of food of course, and plenty of laughs.
