It is Mother's Day, so in the midst of our busy time, we took a breather to give the loving mommies the rest that they deserve. Our destination for the day was Blackwattle Bay Park, a waterfront stroll park at Glebe - close to downtown Sydney. We decided that it would be a relaxing day for a picnic.
Dennis and Aris went off to buy a whole lot of seafood at the Fish Market while the kids played at the small patch of greens we were bunked in.
Later in the afternoon, we walked to the nearby Jubilee Park, a huge playground for the kids. We stayed there until it got dark.
On our way home, the children asked if we could go eat at Roji Monster - a Japanese ice cream parlour. So we headed to traffic-heavy Burwood for a quick snack.
