Daddy's New Toy

So we finally took the plunge and put ourselves in a 7-year-deep hole. A Chevrolet Aveo 2006 Sedan that we got last Friday.

It's a fun car to drive. Much much better than the 1994/95 Lancers that I used to drive. Automatic transmission, decent engine, leather seats, stylish interior, smooth, big, and very comfortable. According to Lani, "parang mayaman ang feeling."

We took a mini roadtrip last Saturday with Ka Hayds and Ka JR, traversing the entire length of PIE and BKE then back, exiting to ECP on the way to Sentosa, then back home to Geylang. Ran 170 kilometers the first 1 1/2 days since we had the car.
