Read somewhere that at age 15 months, baby's vocabulary starts to grow. From just the "Daddy" and "Mama" that he used to say, they now speak a whole lot of other stuff. In fact, they now have their own dialect.

Here are some of Ethan's favorites, how he says them, and what they mean:

  • Nio! -  means No
  • Whow! - saying Hello with the phone on his ear
  • Eee wow - saying Hello to greet you (as in Hi!, Hello!)
  • its Toe Tie! - It's Show Time! as in the TFC show w/ Vice Ganda and company
  • Miiim - milk
  • puhpuh - pacifier
  • Joo - juice
  • Pup pu - Love you
  • Bu - the color Blue
  • Geee - the color Green
  • Ing - the color Pink
  • wow - the color Yellow
  • Bo - Ball
  • Lein - lion
  • Tayg - tiger
  • Tut-te - turtle
  • tar - star
  • Wang - the number One
  • Tu - the number Two
  • Tee  - the number Three
  • Po - the number Four
  • Pie - the number Five
  • Sesh - the number Six
  • tebe - the number Seven
  • eight - the number Eight
  • nay - the number Nine
  • teh!! - the number Ten (he can count to 10 on his own now)
  • Baby...Time - Baby Signing Time, his favorite DVD
  • bike - a bicycle
  • bike - a car (yup, anything that has two wheels is a bike)
  • batch - a bus
