Finally found the house that we like

Looks like we've found what we're looking for. As I mentioned before, we are planning to move and we've been viewing a lot of houses the past few weeks.

Last Saturday, we viewed 2 properties at Telopea. One was a 2-bdrm house with big backyard and renovated kitchen (see ad here), the other was a 3 bdrm house with good facilities and a nice enclosed back entertainment area (ad here) .

We were looking for something close to ethan's school, not too far from church, hopefully a 3-bedder,and most importantly within budget. The 2nd house does fit the bill, so last Saturday night we prepared and submitted our application to rent.

We're still waiting for the landlord's decision, but hopefully it'll come soon so we can time our relocation during our week-long holiday in the 3rd week of Sep.

Excited! 

Now it's time to look for furniture coz we don't have any.
