It's colon time!

Well this is overdue. I am supposed to have colonoscopy every year, around October, the anniversary of my diagnosis, but I missed one last year because my Singapore trips. So I've just done this today.



I went to the same gastro, Dr Doug Samuel, and had the procedure at North Shore Specialist Day Hospital. Just as before, I had to fast for a day while downing the Pico-prep solution that causes involuntary and disgustingly violent diarrhea. The good news is, my bowel is clear. Good for another year!
