Hawks Nest 2020

The pandemic has kept us all at home for way too long. Thankfully, the time we have been looking forward to has finally arrived - year-end break! For Lani and I, this year's break is a simple 1-week out-of-town holiday with family and friends, and another week at home with the kids. Out-of-town is of course exciting, so I'm thrilled that it starts today.

The trip this year is not very far. It's just a 3-hour drive up north to Hawks Nest, part of the Nelson Bay area. We are joined by closed friends Carungays, Luzons, and Madulis, so it's extra fun. We all booked 2-bedroom apartment rooms in Ocean Side Hawks Nest, a smallish resort inn close to the beach.
