We've been wanting to watch Moulin Rouge the Musical since it came out here in Sydney, but we couldn't find the right timing. Too busy with work and church and everything else. And so when my birthday came, Lani thought it was the perfect time to go on a date.
The musical was great generally. Loads of new pop songs added to the original soundtrack of the movie. The main story was the same, but they change a few details here and there. Perhaps the only gripe I have was that the actress playing Satine danced really awkwardly.
